Where we ship

We ship to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary and other European destinations.

Shipping cost

A flat €10 per order, regardless of destination or order size. The exact amount is always shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Expect delivery in approximately 10 days. You will see an estimated delivery date on the product page before you order.

Carriers

Parcels travel with GLS, DPD, DHL or the national postal service, depending on your country.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves us, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Damaged on arrival?

Please check the packaging when your parcel arrives. If anything is visibly damaged in transit, take photos and write to support@flirtyfluffers.com within 48 hours so we can sort it out quickly.

Returns

You have two ways to send something back, and you can use whichever suits you better.

1. Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we give you 30 days from delivery to change your mind. No complicated forms, no interrogation.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging.

Who pays return shipping

The cost of sending the item back is yours — unless the return is down to our mistake or a faulty product, in which case we cover it.

Your refund

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
